Other Services
English classes
It is not compulsory to book English lessons as a part of the Internship programme. However, if you wish to do English lessons before the internship starts, we can book this for you in one of our partner language schools. Courses range from General English to Business English and can be 15, 20 or 25 hours per week.
There is also an option to do an evening course or weekend course during your internship.
Travel Cards
In Dublin, there are 3 modes of public transport - Dublinbus, Dart (train) & Luas (tram). We have unlimited travel cards available to use on these transport options, they come in 1-4 week durations. Travel cards can be pre-booked before arrival or purchased from our office at any time throughout the internship programme.
Airport Transport
Host families do not pick the students up from the airport. If you require pre-booked transfers, we can organise a driver to meet the students in the arrivals hall and bring them to their host family. This option is available for individuals or groups.
Social Activities and Tours
Every weekend there are full day excursions available to book. How about visiting the famous Cliffs of Moher, taking a short trip to Wicklow & Glendalough or hopping over the border into Belfast for the day! IEP are on hand to help book any activities or tours in Dublin or Ireland.
While in Dublin we have a Whatsapp group with all students on IEP programmes, here the students talk with each other about joining activities and social events together.
