About Us
Team IEP
Founded in 1989, Irish Education Partners is a provider of educational programs inbound to and outbound from Ireland. We work with European Union financed Mobility Programs to and from Ireland; also we work with national and regional governments, international universities, colleges and agents to provide innovative programmes in Ireland as a full service provider (internships, accommodation, transport, English Language courses etc.).
We have various Inbound Programs including Internships across nearly any sector, Entrepreneur Programmes, Personal Branding Programmes, among others.
Meet Our Staff
At Irish Education Partners we have a team of 9 dedicated staff that are committed to providing quality service with a big fat smile on our faces. Team IEP are many things. Internship finders, homestay providers, cultural guides, tour booking agents, mentors, support squad, bell ringers, Happy Friday enthusiasts, tea drinkers, biscuit eaters and all round professional lunatics!
Debbie Flynn
Founder
Debbie Flynn has 40 years business and management experience, primarily in the tourism and travel industry. Debbie is founder of Irish Education Partners and also has been involved across a range of other companies in the tourism and leisure sectors.
Debbie’s primary role in these companies was one of motivator, trouble-shooter and financial analyst. Her people management skills and focus on ‘the bottom line’ lead to incisive and rapid development of solutions. Debbie also specialised in the development of optimal strategic direction and applies her coaching skills to expedite the realisation of organisational goals.

Debbie Furness
Partner
Business graduate Debbie Furness brings many years of experience as a highly organised and motivated individual to her role as Manager of the Internship area. Having worked in the legal profession, Debbie’s attention to detail is a hallmark in the way all aspects of the Internship Programme are operated. A seasoned traveller with international work experience, Debbie brings an empathetic understanding to the needs of the travelling student.

Adam Flynn
Director
Adam Flynn has a BA Degree in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University. He worked for Google in Dublin, as a Local Triage Specialist, before coming to IEP.
Adam works on Internship programmes and operational running of the students stay in Ireland.

Carmel Kilmartin
Internships & Outbound Programmes
Carmel Kilmartin has experienced working with youth and student organisations for over 20 years. She has travelled with youth groups internationally as part of the management team and as a sports coach.
Carmel works on Internship programmes for students coming to Ireland as well as running IEP's outbound programmes to Spain.

Raymond Walsh
Homestay & Operations
Raymond Walsh has been with Irish Education Partners for over 20 years. Raymond deals with all aspects of the Host Family Accommodation. As the head of operations, Raymond plays a key role in the logistics of the students before, during and after their programme.
Leah Flynn
Internship & Operations
Leah Flynn has
a degree in childhood education and progressed
from floor staff to management in furniture retail
giant, Ikea.
With IEP, Leah deals with the day to day operations of the internship programmes, host family recruitment and assisting with our Outbound Mobilities.
Simon Flynn
Accounts
Simon Flynn has spent 10 years as a physiotherapist in both the U.K. and Ireland. The last 3 of his 10 years experience involved him successfully launching new clinics throughout London city and its surrounding suburbs. Simon then turned entrepreneur to open his own business to help other therapists grow their businesses.
After completing his accounting degree, Simon joined IEP as our full time accountant.
